Jess puts in the hard work behind the scenes for our quarterly meetings - she leads our team on sourcing speakers and venues and crucially ensures that there is always a pub nearby.
When she's not arranging meetings, Jess runs sports events at Alzheimer's Research UK.
Meetings and Projects
Liam helps to pull our quarterly meetings together in addition to taking on special projects for us as and when these are required.
Liam is also the Fundraising Events Programme Lead at the British Heart Foundation.
Mentoring and Treasurer
Libby is the glue that holds the EMF Committee together and is our longest standing member. She runs out mentoring scheme and ensures the books are balanced as our Treasurer.
Libby is also the Head of Performance and Development at Christian Aid.
We are always keen to hear from enthusiastic members of the events sector who are interested in joining our team. We will request applications through our newsletter when roles become available but you can apply to join at any time.
In order to join the committee we ask that you have been registered with the EMF for two years and are a member of the Institute of Fundraising. If you have any questions please do get in touch with the team.
To apply please send a brief summary of your experience to date (we welcome new as much as old) and what you hope to bring to the team. Please include your IOF Membership number.
